New Mac Pro update? Updated Intel Xeon Chips arrive next week

Today the availability of the new Sandy Bridge Xeon Chips has been announced for next week.  It has been over 2 years for a proper Apple Mac Pro Update, which has been causing dismay in the professional community of Apple Users.   People in the music, graphics, film, video and much more have been awaiting this for some time.  Many rumor sites have even proclaimed Apple abandoning their professional purchasers.
This would be a startling development as the core audience for Mac Pro is the very same group of professionals who for years kept the company alive as its core user base.

A new Mac Pro would be welcomed.   It has been years since a proper update.  Many people believe it is ripe, with SSD hard drives, Thunderbolt, and new graphics cards.   This would also allow the Mac Pro to re-assert itself as the king of power in the Mac computer universe.
