Putin wins in Russia’s presidential vote with election fraud, any different from USA?

When Vladimir Putin stepped down from the Presidency of Russia a term ago, he did so with the intent of having someone run for office and be on his team, so that he could then after a term, run for president again. Today that plan reached success, Putin “won” re-election to the post of President of Russia. A position that allows him to consolidate power over his nation.

Amid the election, it is alleged that Putin, or his political bureaucracy, have bullied political opponents. Press and media have vanished or been assassinated by “unknown” sources of foul play.  In this election, many people of the Russian establishment also believe that something is wrong. “These elections are not free. … That’s why we’ll have protests tomorrow. We will not recognize the president as legitimate,” said Mikhail Kasyanov, A former Russian Prime Minister before joining the opposition.
Putin has essentially done anything he can to marginalize people seeking office who were not part of his party.  From invalidating their paperwork or application to run for office.  Videos have appeared from this election that show people stuffing the ballot box. literally.

In my opinion any rigging or altering of the fundamental right to vote and have a democratic election is criminal.  The Democratic process is something which is a living thing needing protection from independent sources, to protect from fraud early on through the final election. If people think this issue is relegated just to Russia, you would be sorely mistaken.

When Bush v. Gore was fought in Florida, there was massive amounts of voter fraud.  This year in the GOP primaries, there has been massive voter fraud.  From marginalizing votes from people who would be absentee ballots, ie people on active military duty, GOP ballot tabulation with backroom politicing and fraud.  This is an ongoing campaign being orchestrated against Ron Paul.  Even when Obama was elected, there was major information on voted fraud.  Acorn was even convicted criminally in Nevada on voter fraud.

In Canada this month there was a big fiasco where robocalls to members of one party to make them think their voting location was changed,  the beneficiary of that campaign won by less than 6500 votes.  Is it any wonder that many people are frustrated at the true state of democracy?? In some places, they believe many dead people on the roster vote.  that goes back to JFK, where they love to have the dead vote often.
With Electronic voting machines proven to be suspect to being rigged, tabulations of regional voting flawed on a political agenda and so much more. Why is it so hard to have a bulletproof method of voting??  to have oversight, video footage to track the votes?  why not actually need Gov’t ID to vote?  it is ridiculous that today people can go vote and only mention a name without needing to prove they are who they say they are.  Hell they check ID for people to go into a bar, why not to vote???

In the US, we need to protect our fragile democracy to prove our nation is legitimate. Not right off the values of truth, liberty and freedom because it fits an illegitimate backroom agenda.  Don’t want our country to become another Russia.     Elections need to be free and clear from any type of fraud.

Sadly it looks as if the political machines in Russia, Canada or the USA love to get their fingers dirty,  freedom and democracy needs to fight this at every level.
