In a dynamic example of the changing juices available commercially which you don’t have to squeeze or juice yourself, Evolution has came out with an almost perfect new line of “Fresh Equivalent ” juices.
When you first taste Evolution’s Organic Apple or Evolutions Orange Juice,
you are immediately going to taste the fresh flavor and be amazed at how great it is. Evolution made a major change to how major fruit juices are prepared for consumers. Gone is the heating pasteurization process which heats the juice to a boil and in the process changes the juice forever. It heats out not only some of the vitamins and beneficial sides to it, but it changes the flavor.
What makes Evolution’s juice different? High Pressure Pasteurization aka HPP. Where the juice it stored in a container subject to massive amounts of pressure, which kills harmful bacteria that other pasteurization processes kill, but because it does not heat the juice, flavor and many other beneficial elements like vitamins are preserved.
In examining the two pictured juices, both taste fantastic, but Evolution still needs to work on some of their product line, namely the Apple Juice is organic, but Orange is conventional. Both are listed as natural, but conventional Oranges can be treated by cryolite as a pest control, this is pure fluoride and actually can bring orange juice to have a higher amount of fluoride than water or other products. In this case, Organic Orange juice is available from Evolution, but wasn’t what was offered in my local store.
The pictured apple juice is organic so that isn’t a problem. Evolution Organic Apple Juice is amazing. Really fresh and great.
Background on Evolution is that it was founded by Jimmy Rosenberg, who has prior been a founder of Naked Juice. So he has done amazing in the fruit business and knows his stuff. Here, he has taken that background and upped the ante, giving consumers a longer shelf life fresh juice product that is better than anything conventionally pasteurized. Great job Jimmy!
Now you can’t fault Evolution for not providing organic Orange juice, they make it, your local grocery may not order the good stuff. So that would be on you to ask the manager to switch their ordering to organic only. In my case, it was Whole Foods fault that organic was not available.
Give it a taste, its fantastic and the next best thing to juicing it yourself. For you and your family, you deserve the best and healthiest juices available.
