An Important Speech from Senator Bernie Sanders: The American People Are Angry

Senator Bernie Sanders (I) Vermont made an impassioned speech last week in the Senate touching upon some important issues of our day.  While we believe in cutting spending on the Federal level.  Senator Sanders does make some amazing points about protecting the rights of people under Social Security and on so many more issues.

Shouldn’t America stop worrying about foreign wars and focus on re-building America’s infrastructure and industry?

Shouldn’t America stop with the privacy invasions and expansion of the police state and cut back spending on the Military and Police State?

It’s time to get back to basics.  What do you think about this speech?

In interpreting this speech, it is sad there are not many options. There can be no doubt that President Obama has been protecting the very same Big Banks and monied interests in pursuing the most of the same banking/financial policies as Bush before him.
