US Weather Control HAARP With Weapons Possibilities

In modern society, weather is often looked at as something under God’s control and rarely something that man can change.

But what if that isn’t the case?

What if humans could actually control the weather through technology?

Would this be a good thing?

Can the weather be used as a weapon?

Dutch Artist Berndnaut Smilde’s art is impressive, but when you take a look at modern technology, this art is merely a shadow of possibility. These pictures are astounding to see what clouds can be created indoors as art, but imagine the possibilities in the real world.

From Canada’s CBC network, Jesse Ventura’s Conspiracy Theory and the History Channel. For the US to be seeding the atmosphere with particles that could be connected to HAARP. For the technology to push cloud and water out of areas, stopping natural rainfall.

Some even say that it can cause earthquakes, tornados, floods and hurricanes. With 5 major arrays and may more in existence, many questions can be raised that this technology is possibly a weapon. In many ways this as much more a threat as nuclear weapons because it could have been used numerous times in covert ways.
